𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘅.
We don’t slot neatly anywhere — but we move confidently everywhere.
We’ve switched industries, changed lanes, and brought with us skills no form could capture.
We’ve led teams, built brands, solved problems — not because we’d done it all before, but because we know how to learn fast, think clearly, and adapt on the fly.
The workplace is stacked high with boxes to be ticked.
But some of the best people I know don’t fit inside them.
Because it’s not just about experience.
It’s about really seeing.
Understanding. Being curious. Working it out. Having a feel for it. Mastering it.
We lose too much talent by only looking for perfect fits on paper. The best people rarely follow straight lines.
So here’s a call-out to the box-tickers and status-quo keepers:
Hire the risk-takers.
Back the dot-connectors.
That’s where the real value lives.
